Mobile appointments cover the usual notarial acts — acknowledgments, jurats, and other certificates — when the document is already prepared.

- Anything that arrived with printed notarial wording already on it
What to have ready
A little prep keeps the appointment short:
- The complete, unsigned document (signatures are made in front of me)
- Valid, unexpired government photo ID for every signer
- Notarial wording already on the document (I cannot choose the certificate)
- Any required witnesses, each with their own photo ID — for travel, please bring your own
- The name of the person, agency, or attorney who gave you the document
How it works
- Send the request form with what you need, where, and when.
- I review it and reply with next steps, the fee, and a soft deposit if one is needed to hold the time.
- We meet — at my home office when it works, or I travel / we meet online when planned.
- I verify ID, watch each signature, and finish the notarial certificate.
- You keep the document. I keep the journal entry Texas requires.
What can delay or stop a signing
Catching these in advance is the easy fix:
- An ID that is expired, damaged, or does not match the document
- A signer who cannot communicate or appear to understand the document
- A signature already on the page (it has to be made in front of me)
- Missing notarial wording or unclear certificate instructions
- A required witness who cannot be there
