I started this practice because notary work deserves the same care as the document.
Most notary jobs are quick. A stamp, a signature, a thank you. The ones I focus on are usually not. They show up in hospital rooms, assisted living apartments, kitchen tables stacked with estate paperwork, and closings that have to be right the first time.
Those signings deserve a notary who reads the document ahead, asks real questions, and treats the person at the table like a person. That's the practice I run.
How I work
Every request comes in through the form. I read it myself — not a script, not a virtual assistant. If something is missing, I ask quickly. If it is a fit, I confirm next steps, timing, the fee, and a soft deposit when one is needed to hold the time. Nothing is charged on the form.
Prefer my Summerwood home office (near Dusen Park / Lake Houston, ZIP 77044) when you can — lowest fee and best availability. Travel, facility, and Online (RON) are planned together. Estate packages stay in person.
What I can and can't do
I'm a Texas notary public, not an attorney. I cannot pick which notarial certificate a document needs, draft or modify legal documents, or give legal advice. If you're not sure what your document requires, the right person to ask is the attorney or agency that provided it.
That boundary is not a limitation. It is how the work stays trustworthy. You want a notary who knows where the line is and stays on the right side of it.
Where I work
Houston metro and the surrounding communities are home base. Further out is welcome to ask, and the quote will reflect distance and timing honestly.
