What I collect
- Your name, phone, and email
- The city, ZIP code, or address where the signing will happen
- The service you need and your preferred timing
- Details about the document and signers, and any notes or files you choose to add
How I use it
To answer your request, plan and confirm the appointment, do the notary work, and keep basic business records, including the notary journal Texas law requires. I don't sell personal information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Text messages
If you choose "Yes, text me updates" on the request form (it's never pre-selected), I'll text you about that request only: confirmations, reminders, and scheduling follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for marketing. Consent to texts is not required to book.
Sensitive documents
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical records, or complete signed legal documents through the website unless I've asked you to use a secure method for that file.
How it's stored
Form submissions go through the website host's form service and into my business records. Notary journal entries are kept as Texas law requires.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address, device, and browser details. I don't use it to identify you or connect it to your request. You can block these cookies in your browser.
Your choices
Email hello@veronicamillernotary.com to have your contact record removed. Journal records Texas law requires me to keep can't be deleted on request.
