- The city, ZIP code, or appointment address where the signing should take place
- The service you are requesting and your preferred date or time
- Details about the document and the signing, including type, number of signers, witnesses, and whether notarial wording is included
- Any notes you add to help Veronica prepare
How we use it
Information you share is used to respond to your request, coordinate the appointment, perform the requested notary-related services, and maintain basic business records, including the journal entries that Texas notary law requires for completed notarial acts.
Veronica does not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Sensitive documents
Please do not upload or send sensitive documents (such as full Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records, or complete signed legal documents) through this website or by ordinary email unless Veronica has specifically asked you to use a secure process for that file. The website's request form is for describing what you need. Don't use it to transmit confidential paperwork.
How we store it
Request-form submissions are received through the hosting platform's form service. Email, phone, and text records are stored in standard business tools. Notary-journal entries required by Texas law are kept separately in the format the State of Texas requires.
Third-party services
This site is built as static pages on a hosting platform that handles form submissions on Veronica's behalf. Approved appointments are scheduled through a third-party scheduling tool, and the link to it is shared privately with approved requests rather than published on this website. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask to have your contact record removed by emailing hello@veronicamillernotary.com. Records that Texas notary law requires Veronica to keep for completed notarial acts cannot be deleted on request, because they are part of a legally required journal.
