Notary acts
Texas caps apply. In person: $10 per stamp (first signer), +$1 each extra signer on that stamp. Online (RON) — choose Online under Where on the request form: $25 per stamp, same +$1. Copy certification: $10 per page.
Home office
Focused table, fewer logistics, best chance of same-day. Estate packages and print + notarize + scan are home-office (or travel) in-person paths — not online.

Travel is on top of the notary-act fees. Distance is measured from ZIP 77044. Summerwood neighbors get a friends discount.
Timing
Same-day rush applies when you choose Today on the request form. After-hours and Sunday are listed here and confirmed when we schedule — not form toggles on the request itself.
Facility surcharges
These sit on top of travel when the setting needs extra care — hospital, rehab, senior/assisted living, nursing home, and similar. Exact setting is confirmed before booking.

Print + notarize + scan is at my home office. Travel print/scan for a title company or lender is a custom quote — not the $5 / $5 estimate.

Flat packages — stamps and signers are not itemized separately.
Estate planning packages
In person only (home office or travel) — $125 single / $200 couple. Wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts generally must be signed in person in Texas, so estate packages are not offered online. Add-ons still stack. One-off POA stamps use per-stamp rates (POA can often use Online when the recipient accepts RON).
