How it works

1. Send the request — choose Estate planning package, then Single or Couple (or General / POA for simpler stamps). Meet at home office or travel — not Online.
2. I confirm timing, fee, witnesses if needed, and any deposit.
3. I verify each signer, watch the signatures, and finish each certificate.
4. You keep the completed originals.

What can delay or stop a signing

• A signer who is not present or cannot communicate
• ID that does not match the name on the document
• Witnesses required by the document who do not attend
• Missing notarial wording or unclear signing instructions
• Pages already signed (signatures must be made in front of me)
• Trying to schedule an estate package Online — wills/codicils/testamentary trusts generally must be in person in Texas

How I make it easier

• Allow enough time for the packet
• Clarify instructions with your attorney office when needed
• Home-office print and scan-back if counsel needs scans afterward
