By using this website, sending a request, or messaging Veronica Miller Notary Concierge, you agree to these terms.

Notary services

Veronica Miller is a Texas notary public, not an attorney. She doesn't give legal advice, draft or choose documents, or choose notary wording. A request isn't a booked appointment until Veronica confirms it.

Requests and text messages

You give a phone number so I can reach you about your request. Texts are optional and never pre-selected. If you choose "Yes, text me updates" on the form, you agree to texts from Veronica Miller Notary Concierge about that request, such as confirmations, reminders, and scheduling follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn't required to book. I may also get an alert text when a new request arrives so I can reply quickly.

Fees and travel

Fees are on the Fees page and confirmed before the appointment. Loan signings, depositions, and other professional work may be quoted separately.

Your information

You're responsible for accurate contact and appointment details, and for bringing valid photo ID and unsigned documents.

Website use

Don't misuse the site or send false or abusive requests. Content here is general information about my notary services.

Limitation

To the fullest extent the law allows, Veronica Miller Notary Concierge isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website or scheduling messages. Liability for a completed notarial act is limited as Texas notary law provides.
