Agreement

By using this website at veronicamillernotary.com, submitting a booking request, or communicating with Veronica Miller Notary Concierge by phone, text, or email, you agree to these terms.

Notary services

Veronica Miller is a Texas notary public. She is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice, draft documents, choose documents, or choose notarial wording. Submitting a request does not create a guaranteed appointment until Veronica confirms it.

Booking requests and messaging

When you submit the booking form and provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted about that request by phone, email, and SMS, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up about the signing. Message frequency varies with your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@veronicamillernotary.com or call (713) 364-8061.

Lead-alert texts may also be sent to Veronica when a new form arrives so she can respond quickly. Those alerts are part of operating this business.

Fees and travel

Notary fees and travel charges are described on the Fees page and confirmed before the appointment when possible. Custom or title work may be quoted separately.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment details and for bringing valid photo ID and the unsigned documents required for the notarial act.

Website use

Do not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or abusive requests. Content on this site is for general information about Veronica's notary services in the Houston area.

Privacy

How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veronica Miller Notary Concierge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from scheduling communications. Liability related to a completed notarial act is limited as provided by applicable Texas notary law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
