How are loan signings priced?
Notary fees are at Texas rates. Printing, handling, and return shipping are a separate signing service fee, quoted per file.
Can you explain the loan terms to the borrower?
No. Questions about terms go to the lender or title company. I make sure every page is signed, dated, and notarized correctly.
How fast do you return documents?
I follow the return instructions on the file, usually same day or next morning.
