How it works

1. Choose Print + notarize + scan on the request form and email the document.
2. I confirm pages, fee ($5 print + $5 scan up to 5 pages; 6+ custom), and timing.
3. We meet at my Summerwood home office — not Online.
4. We sign in person; I scan and return the finished pages how you asked.

Print + notarize + scan is a home-office service. Travel print/scan for a title company or lender is custom. I print and scan as a convenience — I am still a notary, not an attorney, and I cannot edit the document or choose notarial wording.
