The principal signs, in person
The person giving the power (the principal) has to be there, show ID, and understand what they're signing. I can't choose the form or fill in the choices for you. Ask whoever gave you the document if you're unsure.

Common questions
Do I need witnesses?
Your form's instructions, or whoever gave you the form, will tell you. If it calls for witnesses, I can provide two at my home office.
Can the agent sign for the principal?
No. The principal signs their own POA in front of me.
Can you help me pick the right POA?
No, I'm not an attorney. The attorney or agency that gave you the document is the right person to ask.
How much does a POA cost?
