What to bring

- The document, unsigned, with every page
- Every signer, in person, able to understand what they're signing
- Witnesses with photo ID, if your document needs them and I'm coming to you

Common questions
How do I book?
Send the request form. I read it myself and reply with the time, the fee, and a private scheduling link. Nothing is charged on the form.
Do all signers need to be there?
Yes. Every signer must be there in person, able to communicate and understand what they're signing, with valid photo ID.
What ID do I need?
A valid, unexpired government photo ID for every signer and every witness. The names should match the document.
Can you notarize something already signed?
No. The signature has to be made in front of me. If it's already signed, it usually needs a fresh copy.
What if the document has no notary wording?
I can't choose the wording for you. Ask whoever gave you the document, or an attorney, so it's on the page before we meet.
Do you provide witnesses?
At my home office, yes. For travel signings, please bring your own, each with photo ID.
Do I have to upload the document?
No, it's optional. A photo or PDF helps me prepare, but you can skip it.
Do you do online or video notary?
No. Every notarization I do is in person.
Price and payment questions
How do I estimate my total?
Use the calculator, or watch the live total on the request form. I confirm the final amount in writing before we book.
Is there a deposit?
Sometimes, mostly for travel, facility visits, and bigger appointments. If one is needed, I'll tell you when I confirm. Nothing is charged on the form.
How far do you travel?
Mostly within about 10 miles of 77044. Past 10 miles there's a per-mile fee, and past 30 miles I quote it.
What's the difference between notary fees and other fees?
Texas law sets the most a notary can charge for each notarization. Travel, same-day, facility visits, witnesses, and printing are separate service fees. I list them and agree them with you before we book, and your receipt shows each one.
Why are some prices quoted?
Loan signings, depositions, big print jobs, and long drives depend on the file, so I quote the service part after I review the request. Notary fees are always at Texas rates.
